How much room do I need for the 360 Photo Booth?

Our 360 Photo booth platform has a 39-inch diameter and can hold up to 4 people (1,000 pound capacity). Generally, we ask for a 10 x 10 ft footprint with at least 8 ft of clearance above. However, a 15 ft x 15 ft space is recommended.

What do I need to operate the Photo Booth for my event?

Our photo booths require a standard power outlet (120v/240v) along with internet connection which we are able to provide if your venue does not have a WiFi connection.

How long does it take to set up the Photo Booth?

Each package includes a 60-to-90-minute set-up window for the 360 Photo Booth and 45 to 60-minute set-up window for the Selfie Photo Booth. We can set up the booth in as fast as 30 minutes if the window is shorter or it needs to be done during a room flip.

What if I need you to set-up earlier?

You would have to purchase idle time. Idle time is a discounted hourly rate for non-operating time. Rarely needed, occasionally due to the logistics and location of a ceremony, cocktail hour, main reception or other events going on simultaneously at a venue, a client will request that we be set-up sooner than usual.

Can I book a photo booth for an outdoor event?

Yes, we will just need access to a suitable power outlet and a level surface to set up everything on cement (no dirt). Additionally, we will need protection from the elements (rain, heat, etc.) and can provide a tent for an additional charge if needed. This is to protect us from rain damage or the chance of the photo booth overheating! If your event is taking place in the spring or fall, protection is not 100% necessary but at the first sign of inclement weather, we will have to pull the photo booth and this could disrupt your service.

Do I have to run the Photo Booth?

Absolutely not! Each package includes one to two professional attendants who will set up, operate and remove the booth following the completion of the service window.

How do my guests receive their photos or 360 videos?

Photos and 360 videos can be sent to guests via QR code, text or email and shared within minutes following the completion of each photo or video session.

Will I get all of the photos or 360 videos captured?

You sure will! We provide an online gallery of all of the photos or videos captured within one business day of the event so you can download and share.

How long are the 360 videos?

The 360 booth videos will generally be 15-30 seconds long. This is to help with transmission speeds when guests send videos via text or email.

How do I book a Photo Booth and what is the process?

If you are interested in reserving a booth, please fill out the online form with information about your event and venue.

A non-refundable booking fee of $200 and signed contract is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

Bash Industries will reach out to you one to two weeks before your event to confirm event details and discuss your custom digital overlay/border.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit card payment is accepted directly from the booking form. But we also accept cash, and payment applications Paypal and Venmo.

What if I need to change my event date?

Bash offers a flexible date change policy. All event day changes must be notified 14 days before event date. Subject to availability, you can change your event date for up to 12 months after your original date without incurring a change fee, giving you the flexibility to adapt to unforeseen circumstances. The $200 booking fee is nonrefundable.


What are your COVID-19 safety guidelines?

We understand the importance of health and safety during this time which is why we are taking precautionary steps to ensure the safety of your guests and our staff.

  • Booth Disinfecting- Our booth is disinfected before and after each event.

  • Vaccinated Attendants - Our on-site staff will wear masks if requested.

  • Propless Booth (highly recommend)- If you decide to have props, please let us know for further discussion on sanitary & safety precautions.

  • Hand Sanitizing/ Hand Washing- We will remind guests to sanitize their hands before and after each photo booth session.
